Photos, videos and the plan to post them. For musicians, DJs and the people around them. Ten years in, 500M-odd views, still buzzing about it.
Who TF is this guy
I'm Sam 👋🏻
Ten years making content with musicians, DJs and the people around them. Four of those as head of social at BBC Introducing.
I shoot it, I edit it, I plot what to post and when. Sometimes all of that. Sometimes just the plan.
If you've got the bangers, I've got the rest.
Strategy, photo, video. Or all of it. Usually all of it.
Sick of posting into the void? I'll work out what to post, where and why, then keep you honest till it's a habit. From a one-off call to being your actual head of social.
See the ticketsLive shots that look how the night felt. Press shots you'll actually use. BTS that isn't boring. You look fit as fuck. That's the brief.
Have a lookVertical, obviously. Gig recaps, drop clips, or a Content Day where we shoot twenty pieces before lunch. Planned, shot, edited, in your inbox in hours.

The receipts
Head of social for the BBC's new-artist brand from 2022 to 2026 - Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Big Weekend, and the week-in-week-out machine of a national music brand. Around 100,000 Instagram followers added across the tenure, reaching 156K - still compounding to the very end with +11.5K in the final nine months.
StrategyPostingEditing
Took over D3LTA's organic socials at 12,000 followers with a debut album on the horizon - strategy, content and channel direction sat with me, working alongside their paid media specialist. Every single got a tease-reveal-launch arc built to convert viewers into followers, not just rack up views. Eight months later: 33,200 followers, and Mad About It launched to an audience nearly 3× the size, with Spotify passing 50K monthly listeners.
StrategyPostingEditing
Strategised, shot and edited photo + video for Danny Howard, Joel Corry, MK, Pete Tong, Gorgon City and more - from Ibiza to festival main stages.
PhotoVideoStrategyProduced and hosted a new music series that became one of Amazon Music UK's most successful of the year.
