I'm Sam Nahirny, a sole trader based in Nottingham, UK, and this site is mine. I collect as little as I can get away with, I don't sell any of it, and if you want it gone you email me and it's gone. Here's the detail.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel. It sets cookies so Meta can tell me, in aggregate, whether people who saw an ad went on to visit the site, download the guide or book a session, and so I can show ads to people who've visited before. It doesn't tell me who you are. Meta may combine it with your Meta account if you have one, under their own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Don't want it? Block third-party cookies in your browser, use a tracker blocker, or adjust your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences. The site works exactly the same without it.
There are no other analytics or ad trackers on the site.
Sending you the guide or a booking confirmation: that's doing what you asked (contract). Emailing you afterwards and running the Pixel: legitimate interest in running a small business, which you can object to any time. Anything you've actively opted into: consent, which you can pull.
Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask. Booking and payment records: six years, because HMRC. Form submissions in Netlify: I clear them out periodically. Server logs: 30 days.
Netlify, Calendly, Stripe and Meta, as above, each only for their bit. Nobody else, ever. I don't sell, rent or swap your details.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what I hold on you, get it corrected, get it deleted, or tell me to stop using it. Email sam@samnahirny.com and I'll sort it within a month, usually a lot quicker. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
